These Terms apply to all users of IPAM365, including free and paid plans.
IPAM365 is a digital subscription service. By subscribing to our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.
All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined below or where required by law.
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following cases:
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. Refunds, if approved, will be issued back to the original payment method.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
