Welcome to IPAM365. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of IPAM365, including free and paid plans.

1. Use of Service

IPAM365 provides a cloud-based IP Address Management (IPAM) platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation, your tenancy may enter a limited access or read-only state for a defined period. It is your responsibility to export or download any data you wish to retain before access is restricted or terminated.

IPAM365 reserves the right to permanently delete data once a tenancy reaches its expiration or deletion state as defined by the platform lifecycle.

You retain ownership of your data. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the data stored in IPAM365.

IPAM365 is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from user actions, account termination, or failure to export data prior to cancellation.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

IPAM365 may retain data for a limited period after a tenancy is cancelled or expires, at our discretion.

You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to export or back up your data prior to cancellation or account termination.

After the retention period has elapsed, IPAM365 reserves the right to permanently delete all associated data without further notice. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or outages may occur from time to time.

9. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPAM365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention & Deletion policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
