Cancellation Policy
Last updated: March 2026
These Terms apply to all users of IPAM365, including free and paid plans.
You can cancel your IPAM365 subscription at any time from your Billing page.
1. Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- You will not be charged for future billing periods
- Your tenancy may transition to a limited or read-only state after the billing period ends
2. Access After Cancellation
After your subscription expires, your tenancy may remain accessible for a limited period in a restricted mode. During this time, certain actions such as editing or creating resources may be disabled.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
It is your responsibility to export or back up any data before your tenancy is fully deactivated.
IPAM365 reserves the right to permanently delete all data associated with a cancelled tenancy after a defined retention period. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
4. No Refunds
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
5. Re-activation
If your tenancy has not yet been permanently deleted, you may be able to reactivate your subscription by upgrading your plan through the Billing page.
6. Contact
